Love Whip-It!
I just recieved my first whipped cream dispenser. I searched all over the net and read reviews to see what would be the best match for me and my needs also keeping in mind that I will need to buy repacement nitrous for this item, so I kept an eye on their costs as well.

I ended up buying the Whip-It 1/2 liter, all white, but metal inside the main canister. It is as easy as the description states: add whippping cream (up to 1/2 liter), powdered sugar, and vanilla. Twist on the lid, put the nitrous in it's holder and attach on the Whip-It until it discharges all contents into the container, then remove. Shake vertically 5-9 times, the dispense your homemade whipped cream.

There are lots and lots of other recipes you can make with this. Soups, mousses, etc... I mostly bought this for my family's hot chocolate obsession and my coffee obsession. LOVE IT!

The one down side would be that the company, in my humble opinion, should have included atleast ONE nitrous insert with their packaging. It would have been nice to buy this item and atleast be able to try it before spending more money on nitrous. But, that's just a slight down side, no stars taken from the product.

Also, it's going to be hard to keep reminding everyone NOT to keep shaking the Whip-It before they use it. Once you first set it up, you shake it, and you shouldn't have to shake it much more after that - just use it. It will stay fresh in a fridge for upto 2 weeks and it makes 5 times what you put in it. So, my 1/2 liter of whipping cream will make up to 2.5 liters of whipped cream over the next two weeks = gonna put some on my pies as well.

I purchased this whipper and have used it many times for my morning coffee whip cream, and also lots of desserts and mousses. Great Product!

I ordered two of this whippers, one white and the other silver, well, only one of them arrived with the gasket (the white one) so I can use only of these at a time because the whole cream whipper is useless without the gasket which makes me feel like I wasted half of my money. I also ordered a spare one, and it never arrived.
